Adopting an integrated design of flexible high-transmittance TCO film + high-efficiency thin-film photovoltaic layer + anti-static composite coating, the customized flexible TCF is precisely adapted to the curved surface of the forklift canopy and the transparent observation window of the cargo box. It achieves a breakthrough in the synergy of three core functions: solar energy supplementation, electrostatic protection, and transparent observation.

By integrating with the power management system of CATL lithium battery packs, it establishes a dual energy security system of photovoltaic energy supplementation + battery-swapping range extension, suitable for high-frequency operation scenarios of new energy logistics vehicles.

  • Significantly Improved Energy Supplementation Efficiency

    Adaptable to TCF battery-swapping forklifts (mainstream brands such as Heli, Hangcha, etc.). The total power of flexible TCF photovoltaic modules integrated into the canopy and cargo box reaches 150W.

    With 4–6 hours of daily sunlight, the daily energy supplementation is 10kWh, supporting 2–3 hours of high-frequency forklift operation.

    Charging frequency is reduced by 30%, greatly cutting down battery-swapping waiting time and improving logistics and warehousing efficiency.

  • Full-Scenario Safety Protection

    The anti-static coating on the TCF surface (surface resistance: 10⁶–10⁹ Ω) rapidly dissipates static electricity generated during cargo transportation, eliminating the risk of electrostatic damage to electronic components, precision instruments and other goods.

    Electrostatic decay time ≤ 0.5 seconds.

    It also features high dust resistance and vibration resistance, adapting to dusty and high-frequency bumpy scenarios such as logistics warehouses and ports, ensuring long-term stable operation.

  • Strong Adaptability and Practicality

    The flexible TCO film fits the curved surface of the forklift canopy (bending radius ≥ 5cm) with light transmittance ≥ 83%, without blocking the driver’s real-time observation of cargo status through the transparent window.

    It collaborates with CATL lithium battery packs for power management, supporting priority photovoltaic charging and surplus power storage, with overcharge protection and voltage matching.

    No modification to the forklift’s original battery-swapping system is required, enabling convenient installation.

Technical Support

  • Harsh Environment Resistant Design

    TCF substrate uses PET/PTFE composite material with an anti-fouling and dust-proof coating (water contact angle ≥ 105°), resisting dust accumulation and rain erosion.

    Stable performance at an ambient temperature of -20℃ ~ 60℃.

    It has passed a 1000-hour vibration test (frequency: 10–500Hz, acceleration: 5g) with no film peeling or degradation of conductivity, meeting the vibration requirements of high-frequency forklift operations.

  • Photovoltaic & Battery-Swapping Synergy Technology

    The thin-film photovoltaic layer integrated in flexible TCF adopts CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) material with a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 18%.

    Equipped with a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller, it tracks the maximum photovoltaic power output in real time.

    It communicates with the BMS (Battery Management System) of CATL lithium battery packs via CAN bus, realizing intelligent distribution and safe storage of photovoltaic energy, without affecting normal battery-swapping functions.

  • Integrated Installation Technology

    Combines customized conductive adhesive and mechanical fixing.

    The adhesive is high/low temperature resistant and vibration-proof, with 180° peel strength ≥ 0.9N/mm, ensuring firm adhesion of TCF to the forklift canopy and cargo box.

    The edges adopt a sealed waterproof design with IP65 protection grade, resisting dust and moisture in warehousing environments and extending service life.
